Haul-In Fee: $30.00 (non-stabled horses, section 5)
Entries:
All entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.
NOTE: Incomplete entries, entries on the wrong forms, missing stabling forms, etc. will be
cause for your entry to be delayed in acceptance.
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $30 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. Association fees only with
a vet or doctor certificate mailed within 15 days of the last day of the show. There will be no
refunds if a vet / Dr certificate is not received by October 20, 2008. Competition cancellation-
Partial refund after expenses.
If there are insufficient entries, entries will be accepted postmarked after CD.
Tentative Schedule:
Thursday: Cross-country course open – 3pm
Fri: Dressage – 8 am
Sat: Cross-country – 8 am.
Sun: Show Jumping – 9 am
Awards:
Prizes & ribbons per division to 10th place.

Stabling:
$100/stall from Noon Thurs. to Sunday pm. $30 haul-in fee for
non-stabled horses. Initial bedding only provided. Additional Bedding available for purchase,
further info from organizer. Veterinarian: Equisport Medicine Northwest, Christin Finn, DVM –

Address: 10048 Hwy 507 E, Rainer, WA 98576 From Portland I-5: Take exit 88A (Tenino) to Hwy. 507. Go through Tenino, site is 5 miles from Tenino on left - follow signs. From Seattle I-5: Exit 109; right on Martin Way, left on College. College becomes Rainier Rd. to 507. Right turn & follow signs.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: I-2006 USEF Intermediate Test C-Std. P-2006 USEF Preliminary
Test B-Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner
Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Grass.
Cross-Country:
I-2950 m @ 550 mpm. P-2650 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N‑2000
m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm, max. height 2’7”. All courses: Average, for horses with
some experience at this level.
Other Information:
If stabling form or preference not included with entry, management will not accept special stall
requests.
Cross-country course closed Sept.10.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section
and birth date on entry.
Food available on grounds.
Dogs must be on a leash a, $25 fine will be involved if found by management off leash.
$25 charge for entries postmarked after C.D. $30 charge for each class change after September 16.
Team Competition:

Team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all members at same level, $5 per team member.

NO motorcycles on the grounds.

Did You Know?

Eventing is not the only activity going on at the center.  We have had camps, dog training, Medieval events, roping, team penning, and most recently a Civil War Reenactment.
